How to Develop Your Intuition

By: Missy Marston

If you’re just beginning to look into developing your physic powers, start with strengthening your intuition!

Have you ever thought of a song right before it comes onto the radio? Have you ever thought about someone moments before they call you? That’s you listening to your intuition! With practice and persistence, you can cultivate your intuition!

  1. Read People You’ve Just Met

Try sensing things off of people you meet. Write them down and compare them when you get to know them better.

  1. Appreciate When You’re Right

Don’t write things you predict off! Acknowledge and appreciate when you tune into your intuition. Remember to trust yourself!

  1. Meditate

By clearing your mind and letting the energy of the universe flow through you, you can practice listening to the subtle voice that is intuition. Meditating before you practice will open up your mind and allow your intuition to flow freely.

  1. Trust Your Gut

If you have a really good or really bad feeling about something, trust it! If you feel sick and tired around someone, your intuition is telling you to avoid them. If you feel happy and energetic around someone, your intuition is telling you to stay close.

  1. Play Games
  • Try putting different colored stones into a bag. Guess the color before you pick one out! You can also have someone else pick a stone out, and guess which one it is.
  • Take a deck of cards and try to guess the color before you draw one. Eventually, you can try and guess the suit! You can also try and guess if it will be even or odd.
  • Flip a coin and guess whether it will be heads or tails.
  1. Think Back

Remember that feeling you got about something? And it turned out to be true? Instead of saying ‘I told you so!’, thank your intuition! Always give gratitude when due.

  1. Journal

Every morning, sit down and write on two topics: “What will happen today is…” and “My life is heading….”. Write freely and try not to think too much into it. Write down whatever pops into your head! Looking back, you will see predictions you made come true!

Developing your intuition will help with anxiety, creativity, making decisions, and confidence. Doing one of this exercises every day will help to strengthen your intuition and keep your mind open to receiving messages from the universe.

Love and light to you all!

Within weeks, I began channeling Christina! I want everyone to know the enlightening truth that there is much more out there than we realize. There is so much more waiting inside of ourselves than we give credit for, and all of it is easily accessible.
