5 ways to increase your vibrations

We are energy.

Yes, according to quantum physics, everything in the universe is essentially made of pure energy, including us. Energy is constantly moving at varying speeds. When we are happy, have positive thoughts, and are at peace, we have a higher vibration or frequency. When we are sad, anxious, or have negative thoughts, we have a lower vibration or frequency.

How are you feeling as you are reading this? Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. We are the creators of our lives and have the power to change our vibration/frequency at any time. Why would we want a higher vibration/frequency? The law of attraction. What we send out into the universe is what we manifest in our lives, as well as who we attract into our lives.

In my life, my path for a higher vibration is more personal in nature: To better communicate with my daughter, Christina, who passed recently. Passed spirits have a higher vibration than those of us on earth. The higher I increase my vibration, the easier it will be for me to communicate with her. Mediums must raise their vibrations to the spirits level to attract the spirit to them, and then they must sustain the high vibration for a clear reading. It is like meeting the spirit halfway, especially with newly passed spirits who are still learning the tools they need to communicate with us. When a medium says a spirit is slipping away, it is usually due to the mediums vibration decreasing.

How do we raise our vibrations? Here are 5 ways:

  • Mediation – Countless studies have shown that meditation leads to a increase in serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine, and endorphins, which are linked to feelings of happiness and calmness.
  • Practice Gratitude – To increase your vibration, give gratitude throughout the day. Say thank you often for even the small parts of your day that might seem mundane (i.e. taking a walk and seeing a beautiful flower along your path, finding that parking space open closest to your destination, or a beautiful star filled sky). There are so many things to be thankful for.
  • Eat Clean – Clean up your diet. A higher vibration requires a strong body. Try to eat organic, mostly vegetables and fruit. Limit your meat intake. Even try eliminating meat from your diet for a week and see if you feel the difference. Make sure you are getting enough sleep as well.
  • Clear the Emotional Body – Our negative emotions are toxic to our bodies. Take time to take an inward journey and release fears, anger, and all darkness. Embrace love and light. Choose your thoughts and what you say during your everyday life. Negative thoughts as well as negative words will lower your vibration.
  • Purify your Body – Periodically cleanse and purify your body by fasting or doing a cleanse. This will release the toxins from processed foods, chemicals, and environmental impurities that will decrease the bodies healing abilities and lower our vibrations.

We have the ability to raise our vibrations and raising our vibrations is the single most important thing you can do to improve your life. By raising your vibration you will have the ability to create the strongest possible impact you can have on not only yourself, but on the planet as well. We are here to make a difference, to follow a path… Love and Light on your journey.
